When the D&C was reissued in 1844, Section 121 was not included. Section 121 was originally a letter written by Joseph Smith, Hyrum Smith, Lyman Wight, Caleb Baldwin, and Alexander McCrae while imprisoned in Liberty jail. Published originally in The Times and Seasons in Nauvoo 1840. The 1844 D&C did not include any portion of the letter. Since JS oversaw the publication of the Doctrine and Covenants, it is apparent that he did not consider the material in the latter as revelation.
In 1876 the new edition of the Doctrine and Covenants included it, but it was chopped, added to, rewritten with entirely new concepts and material including Plurality of Gods. Entire paragraphs were cut, while portions of sentences were moved around. This became 121, 122, and 123 as part of the new theology being taught in Salt Lake City. The Book of Commandments was the first book of revelations published in 1833. It was later reissued as the Doctrine and Covenants in 1835. At the time of the publication of the 1833 Book of Commandments, Jesus Christ said that it was correct and approved by Him. EXAMPLES OF GOD’S FASCIST FUN!
And the rebellious shall be pierced with much sorrow; for their iniquities shall be spoken upon the housetops, and their secret acts shall be revealed. Mormon Doctrine & Covenants 1:3
Yea, verily, to seal them up unto the day when the wrath of God shall be poured out upon the wicked without measure. Doctrine & Covenants 1:9
And the anger of the Lord is kindled, and his sword is bathed in heaven, and it shall fall upon the inhabitants of the earth. Doctrine & Covenants 1:13
For I the Lord cannot look upon sin with the least degree of allowance. Doctrine & Covenants 1:31
For although a man may have many revelations, and have power to do many mighty works, yet if he boasts in his own strength, and sets at naught the counsels of God, and follows after the dictates of his own will and carnal desires, he must fall and incur the vengeance of a just God upon him. Doctrine & Covenants 3:4
Verily, I say unto you, that woe shall come unto the inhabitants of the earth if they will not hearken unto my words. Doctrine & Covenants 5:5
Oh, this unbelieving and stiffnecked generation — mine anger is kindled against them. Doctrine & Covenants 5:8
And surely every man must repent or suffer, for I, God, am endless.
Nevertheless, it is not written that there shall be no end to this torment, but it is written endless torment.
Again, it is written eternal damnation; wherefore it is more express than other scriptures, that it might work upon the hearts of the children of men, altogether for my name’s glory.
Eternal punishment is God’s punishment.
Endless punishment is God’s punishment. Doctrine & Covenants 19:4&6&7&11&12
For they cannot bear meat now, but milk they must receive; wherefore, they must not know these things, lest they perish. Doctrine & Covenants 19:22
Thus saith the Lord; for I am God, and have sent mine Only Begotten Son into the world for the redemption of the world, and have decreed that he that receiveth him shall be saved, and he that receiveth him not shall be damned –
I, the Lord God, have spoken it; but the hour and the day no man knoweth, neither the angels in heaven, nor shall they know until he comes.
Wherefore, it is lawful that he should have one wife, and they twain shall be bone flesh, and all this that the earth might answer the end of its creation;
But it is not given that one man should possess that which is above another, wherefore the world lieth in sin. Mormon Doctrine & Covenants 49:5&7&16&20
And thus, even as I have said, if ye are faithful ye shall assemble yourselves together to rejoice upon the land of Missouri, which is the land of your inheritance, which is now the land of your enemies. Doctrine and Covenants 52:42
Here are many dangers upon the waters, and more especially hereafter; for I, the Lord, have decreed in mine anger many destructions upon the waters; yea, and especially upon these waters. Nevertheless, all flesh is in mine hand, and he that is faithful among you shall not perish by the waters ... Behold, I, the Lord, in the beginning blessed the waters; but in the last days, by the mouth of my servant John, I cursed the waters. Wherefore, the days will come that no flesh shall be safe upon the waters. And it shall be said in days to come that none is able to go up to the land of Zion upon the waters, but he that is upright in heart. And, as I, the Lord, in the beginning cursed the land, even so in the last days have I blessed it, in its time, for the use of my saints, that they may partake the fatness thereof. And now I give unto you a commandment that what I say unto one I say unto all, that you shall forewarn your brethren concerning these waters, that they come not in journeying upon them, lest their faith fail and they are caught in snares; I, the Lord, have decreed, and the destroyer rideth upon the face thereof, and I revoke not the decree. I, the Lord, was angry with you yesterday, but today mine anger is turned away. Doctrine and Covenants 61:4-6&14-20
Wherefore, a commandment I give unto you, to prepare and organize yourselves by a bond or everlasting covenant that cannot be broken. Doctrine & Covenants 78:11
And the anger of God kindleth against the inhabitants of the earth; and none doeth good, for all have gone out of the way. Doctrine & Covenants 82:6
Therefore, all those who receive the priesthood, receive this oath and covenant of my Father, which he cannot break, neither can it be moved.
But whoso breaketh this covenant after he hath received it, and altogether turneth therefrom, shall not have forgiveness of sins in this world nor in the world to come. Doctrine & Covenants 84:40&41
For I, the Almighty, have laid my hands upon the nations, to scourge them for their wickedness.
And plagues shall go forth, and they shall not be taken from the earth until I have completed my work, which shall be cut short in righteousness. Doctrine & Covenants 84:96&97
And thus, with the sword and by bloodshed the inhabitants of the earth shall mourn; and with famine, and plague, and earthquake, and the thunder of heaven, and the fierce and vivid lightning also, shall the inhabitants of the earth be made to feel the wrath, and indignation, and chastening hand of an Almighty God, until the consumption decreed hath made a full end of all nations; Doctrine & Covenants 87:6
That inasmuch as any man drinketh wine or strong drink among you, behold it is not good, neither meet in the sight of your Father, only in assembling yourselves together to offer up your sacraments before him.
And again, tobacco is not for the body, neither for the belly, and is not good for man, but is an herb for bruises and all sick cattle, to be used with judgment and skill.
And again, hot drinks are not for the body or belly.
Yea, flesh also of beasts and of the fowls of the air, I, the Lord, have ordained for the use of man with thanksgiving; nevertheless they are to be used sparingly. Doctrine & Covenants 89&5&8&9&12
