The Colares, Brazil, incident might be the most extraordinary of them all. In late 1977 hundreds of people along the Tocantins River were attacked and injured by these things that came out of the sky. Some reportedly died from their encounters. Dozens of people claim that over the past few weeks they’d been chased as if they were being hunted down and attacked by the lights. ibid.
