They have ruled from the shadows, you see. And they call themselves the Guardians of the Secrets of the Ages. And their first religion was called astrotheology. Or the worship of the heavens. And their first object of worship was the Sun. The second object of worship was the Moon. And everywhere you see the mystery school of the ancient religion you will see the symbols of the sun and the moon also known as Osiris and Isis. For the religion of the mystery schools they believe that man was held prisoner in the Garden of Eden by an unjust and vindictive God. And that man was not told by this unjust and vindictive God that he could have the same powers. And man was set free from the bonds of ignorance by Lucifer and his agent Satan, and many believe that the two are the same ... And that through the gift of intellect man may become God. Bill Cooper
A method of deciding exactly who is to become an adept decided during initiation by asking the candidate to spit upon the Christian cross. If the candidate refuses, the members congratulate him and tell him, ‘You have made the right choice, as a true adept would never do such a terrible thing.’ The newly initiated might find it disconcerting, that he/she never advances any higher. If instead the candidate spits upon the cross, he/she has demonstrated a knowledge of one of the mysteries and soon will find him/herself a candidate for the next higher level. The mystery is that religion is but a tool to control the masses. Bill Cooper, Secret Societies/New World Order
Knowledge (or wisdom) is their only god, through which man himself will become god. The snake and the dragon are both symbols of wisdom. Lucifer is a personification of the symbol. It was Lucifer who tempted Eve to entice Adam to eat of the tree of knowledge and thus free man from the bonds of ignorance. The WORSHIP (a lot different from STUDY) of knowledge, science, or technology is Satanism in its purest form, its secret symbol is the all-seeing eye in the pyramid. ibid.
Of man’s first disobedience, and the fruit
Of that forbidden tree, whose mortal taste
Brought death unto the world, and all our woe,
With loss of Eden. John Milton, Paradise Lost 1:1-4
The infernal serpent; he it was, whose guile
Stirred up with envy and revenge, deceived
The mother of mankind. ibid. 1:34
Him the almighty power
Hurled headlong flaming from the ethereal sky
With hideous ruin and combustion down. ibid. 1:44
No light, but rather darkness visible
Served only to discover sights of woe. ibid. 1:63
What though the field be lost?
All is not lost; the unconquerable will,
And study of revenge, immortal hate
And courage never to submit or yield. ibid. 1:105
Vaunting aloud, but racked with deep despair. ibid. 1:126
To do aught good never will be our task,
But ever to do ill our sole delight. ibid. 1:159
And out of good still to find means of evil. ibid. 1:165
What reinforcement we may gain from hope;
If not, what resolution from despair. ibid. 1:190
So clomb this first grand thief into God’s fold:
So since into his church lewd hirelings climb.
Thence up he flew, and on the tree of life,
The middle tree and highest there that grew,
Sat like a cormorant. ibid. 1:192
The will
And high permission of all-ruling heaven
Left him at large to his own dark designs,
That with reiterated crimes he might
Heap on himself damnation. ibid. 1:211
The mind is its own place, and in it self
Can make a Heav’n of Hell, or a Hell of Heav’n. ibid. 1:255-256
Better to reign in Hell, then serve in Heav’n. ibid. 1:263 Lucifer’s soliloquy
From morn
To noon he fell, from noon to dewy eve,
A summer’s day; and with the setting sun
Dropped from the zenith like a falling star. ibid. 1:742
Satan exalted sat, by merit raised
To that bad eminence. ibid. 2:5
His truth was with the eternal to be deemed
Equal in strength, and rather than be less
Cared not to be at all. ibid. 2:46
With grave
Aspect he rose, and in his rising seemed
A pillar of state; deep on his front engraven
Deliberation sat and public care;
And princely counsel in his face yet shone,
Majestic though in ruin. ibid. 2:300
To sit in darkness here
Hatching vain empires. ibid. 2:377
All hope is lost
Of my reception into grace; what worse?
For where no hope is left, is left no fear;
If there be worse, the expectation more
Of worse torments me then the feeling can.
I would be at the worst; worst is my Port,
My harbour and my ultimate repose,
The end I would attain, my final good. ibid.
So on this windy sea of land, the fiend
Walked up and down alone bent on his prey. ibid. 3:440
Warring in heaven against heaven’s matchless king. ibid. 4:41
Me miserable! Which way shall I fly
Infinite wrath, and infinite despair?
Which way I fly is hell; myself am hell. ibid. 4:73
Farewell remorse! All good to me is lost;
Evil, be thou my good. ibid. 4:109
Satan, so call him now, his former name
Is heard no more in heaven. ibid.
O Son, why sit we here each other viewing
Idly, while Satan our great Author thrives
In other worlds? ibid. 10:235-236, God to Jesus
He hears
On all sides, from innumerable tongues
A dismal universal hiss, the sound
Of public scorn. ibid. 10:506
Demoniac frenzy, moping melancholy
And moonstruck madness. ibid. 11:485
The whole idea or concept of Satan is based on a misunderstood visit by extraterrestrials in the remote past. Giorgio A Tsoukalos
Lucifer, Satan, Beelzebub, Old Nick – the Devil has many names and many different faces ... The Devil we know today is a human creation, owing more to the minds of artists than the pages of the Bible. Alastair Sooke, How the Devil Got His Horns, BBC 2012
Dante does what Giotto doesn’t: he makes Satan three-dimensional. There is the first hint of empathy with the Devil in this poem. ibid.
The smoke of Satan has entered the Sanctuary. Pope Paul IV 1963
You gotta keep yourself small. Innocuous. Be the little guy. You know, the nerd ... the leper ... shit-kickin’ serf. Look at me. Underestimated from day one. You’d never think I was a master of the universe now, would ya? The Devil’s Advocate 1997 starring Al Pacino & Keanu Reeves & Charlize Theron & Jeffrey Jones & Judith Ivey & Connie Nielson & Craig T Nelson & Heather Matarazzo & Tamara Tunie et al, director Taylor Hackford
I’m the hand up Mona Lisa’s skirt. ibid. Devil
You sharpen the human appetite to the point where it can split atoms with its desire. You build egos the size of cathedrals. Fiber-optically connect the world to every eager impulse. Grease even the dullest dreams with these dollar-green gold-plated fantasies until every human becomes an aspiring emperor, becomes his own god. Where can you go from there? As we’re scrambling from one deal to the next, who’s got his eye on the planet? As the air thickens, the water sours, even bees’ honey takes on the metallic taste of radioactivity ... and it just keeps coming, faster and faster. There’s no chance to think, to prepare; it’s buy futures, sell futures ... when there is no future. We got a runaway train, boy. We got a billion Eddie Barzoons all jogging into the future. Every one of them is getting ready to fistfuck God’s ex-planet, lick their fingers clean, as they reach out toward their pristine, cybernetic keyboards to tote up their fucking billable hours. And then it hits home. You got to pay your own way, Eddie. It’s a little late in the game to buy out now. Your belly’s too full, your dick is sore, your eyes are bloodshot and you’re screaming for someone to help. But guess what – there’s no-one there! You’re all alone, Eddie. You’re God’s special little creature. Maybe it’s true. Maybe God threw the dice once too often. Maybe He let us all down. ibid.
