Hauer worked in 1999 with Steven Hatfill, the prime suspect in the anthrax attacks at the Scientific Applications International Corporation – the SAIC. This company, the SAIC, was awarded a huge bio-defence contract after 9/11. Hatfill, a well-known friend of Jerome Hauer, was working on the military-grade anthrax program at USAMRIID at Fort Detrick Maryland. ibid
Why was Frank Olson killed? ... Frank Olson worked at Fort Detrick, Maryland ... Two weeks before his death Frank went to a three-day conference with some of his colleagues and came home a changed man. Vincent Ruwet, Frank’s boss, told the Olsons he believed that Frank was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Just before Thanksgiving he took Frank to New York for treatment. While in New York Frank shared a hotel room with Dr Robert Lashbrook, a CIA scientist. Nearly a week passed before Frank’s family finally heard from him. Frank Olson was dead at the age of forty-three. Investigators determined that he had either jumped or fallen to his death. The night manager of the hotel also found Frank’s death suspicious. Years later a government commission was formed to investigate past abuses committed by the CIA. The official report made mention of a scientist who had plunged to his death from a hotel room ten days after being dosed with LSD. That scientist turned out to be Frank Olson. Over the next year and a half the Olson family received a formal apology from President Ford and a cheque from the government for $750,000. ibid.
The laced drinks were served to eight of the ten scientists present. Some of them including Frank Olson were not warned about the test. Within an hour the LSD took effect. When [Sid] Gottlieb told the group their drinks had been spiked with LSD, Frank Olson became very angry. Then Frank made his fatal trip to New York supposedly suffering from a nervous breakdown. ibid.
On June 2nd 1988 the Los Angeles Times published an article refuting the idea that the human AIDS virus originated from green monkeys. It uncovered evidence that the DNA composition of AIDS was totally inconsistent with that of green monkeys. In fact it could be proven that the AIDS virus could not be found anywhere in Nature and could only have ever survived in the human biological system ... On July 4th 1984 the New Delhi Newspaper in India called The Patriot published an article making the first detailed charges of AIDS as being a counter-biological warfare agent. An anonymous American anthropologist was quoted claiming AIDS was genetically engineered at the US Army’s Biological Warfare Laboratory at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Shadows in Motion
What I know and what I am presenting on Wednesday is that it is a man-made virus. Though many people recall the Tuskegee syphilis study conducted by the United States Public Health Service infecting 400 black men with the deadly syphilis bacteria, few people ever heard of the Rockefeller Institute’s Puerto Rican cancer experiment of 1932 that killed at least 13 innocent people by injecting them with cancer viruses. The Tuskagee experiment victims remain untreated as part of their study until 1972, after which, many more died of diseases associated with their infections. ibid.

There is now no doubt that Doctor Gallo officiated the development of these AIDS complex viruses. His group at Bionetics combined Leukaemia, Lymphoma and Sarcoma viruses from various species of animals nearly 15 years before he was credited by the Department of Health and Human Services for having discovered the cause of AIDS, a similar retro-virus. Similarly, US legislators learned in 1999 the little reported fact that Gulf War troops, as many as 200,000 were unwittingly used in AIDS vaccine experiments wherein portions of the AIDS virus, HIV, were recombined with a pathogenic mycoplasma, isolated, tested, and then patented by Dr Shyh-Ching Lo of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology for the American Registry of Pathology in Washington DC.
